Description of Services includes:
- Consultation - Consultations Fee: $75. We will meet to get acquainted and discuss services Omorose Blessings LLC offer and to see if we are a good fit. This meeting will take place on the phone or virtual by Zoom Meeting, Google DUO, FaceTime or What’s App.
- Spiritual Holistic Prenatal Care: Prenatal visits: (Monthly to 28wks, Bi-weekly 28wks to 36wks and Weekly 36wks to Birth), We will discuss nutrition, exercise, spiritual health and well being of mom and baby. Fathers are welcome to attend every visit with spouse or partner( it’s recommended but not required) We will check vitals as listed above, discuss in detail your hopes and desires for your ideal birth and go over your preferences for your birth plan. We will discuss different coping techniques and comfort measures to get your ready for birth.
- Holistic Childbirth Education Preparation- Anatomy and Physiology, Comfort techniques/pain management, meditation/relaxation, focus on breathing techniques, holistic stages of labor, breastfeeding and newborn care basics.
- Omorose Blessings LLC On Call Availability: 24/7 unlimited phone calls, emails or texts 2 weeks before and 2 week after your expecting due date. You may call me anytime day or night. This may be to tell me you are in labor or just for me to answer a question you may have or simply to lend you an ear. During this time I will never be more than one hour away from your birth location, unless previously disclosed to you and back-up arrangements are in place.
- Holistic Postpartum Healing- We will provide 3 postpartum visits( 24, 48 & 72hrs)following your birth and up to 8 weeks after delivery. We will visit you and your family at your home to check in on you and baby’s well being, discuss your birth, provide yoni steams, salves, herbal sitz baths, assist with breastfeeding and newborn care.

Mother's Blessingway Ceremony
A blessingway is a woman-centered celebration of the journey into motherhood.
It is different from a baby shower in that it focuses on the femininity and power that comes through growing a baby and giving birth. The blessingway is often segmented into several ceremonies that have been adapted from the traditional Navajo’s sacred fertility rites. These ceremonies bring the women in attendance together through sharing blessings or poems for the mother, singing or chanting, and symbolic rites such as smudging the space with burnt herbs, a tea light candle ceremony where everyone is connected to the mother through lighting the way for baby’s transition to earthside until the baby is born, and a bead ceremony where every woman brings a bead that is strung together into a necklace or bracelet to remind the mother of all of her power and strength during labor and birth.
